What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Each order is subjected to shipping costs calculated on the address you provided. If you purchase from a country different from Australia, the Service Delivery Provider may ask you additional charges related to duties and taxes established by your country.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We only accept PayPal as a secure payment method for your purchases.

How long will delivery take?

Normally the delivery will take 1-3 business days for Australia and 5-7 business days for countries outside of Australia. Under the current COVID situation these terms may be longer than usual. Please check the Delivery Service Provider for further information and updates on that.
